I'm "writing the wrongs" one novel at a time . . .

I never thought I would end up writing novels - particularly crime stories, but over the last 13  years, I've averaged writing more than a book a year.  Turns out, writing is one of my two passions.*

A bit about my novels - If you love a good story that draws you in, where you get to know the  characters - or if you're into solving mysteries  or determining who committed the crime - chances are good that you will enjoy my books. (And no, the butler didn't do it.)

In the pages of my novels you'll find  plot twists that keep you engaged until the very end - and may even surprise you!

Some of my most loyal readers refer to them as "zingers"...

I've just completed my first non-fiction book - some 7 years in the making - A Point of View - you don't know what you don't know

and it's "different" yet written in the style to which you've become accustomed.  I hope you will check it out - and enjoy it.

Twins Matthew and Marc are caught up in danger, deceit and peril.  Marc marries the love of his life; Matthew pursues a legal career and both find themselves in a life-changing struggle to preserve the Winters family.

A fiercely romantic novel laced with deceit...

The third book of the Trilogy brings

the Winters family drama back into

frame with further tragedy, newly

uncovered secrets and even more plot twists. When young James Winters mysteriously disappears off the coast of Maui during a family reunion, it appears to be a tragic accident. With no 'body' and no evidence of foul play, the rescue team has to give up after the official three-day search ends unsuccessfully. But uncle Matt and his detective friend aren't so sure this is a random accident.  Meanwhile, Matthew's sister who has been in witness protection, hears of her family's plight and begins to wonder if it's time to come out of hiding.

The culmination of the trilogy will surprise and astound you...

Imagine driving home from work and suddenly,  in the blink of an eye, you are charged with murder, your car is impounded and you are in need of both an ace detective and a top-notch criminal attorney. That is what happened to Tim Tyler when he was forced to take evasive action to avoid hitting a dump truck head on. Swerving toward the shoulder of the road, Tim realizes 'something' struck the front of his car. Little did he know, there was a body inside that black bag.

An unforgettable journey of passion, jealousy, envy and all the complexities of murder...

A compelling novel of love, loss and survival that highlights an all too often hidden crime affecting countless men and women.  That crime is stalking. Meet Meaghan Campbell, a lovely twenty-something in St. Petersburg, Florida. After dating Phillip Ray for two years, something went terribly wrong. He hit her - beat her and she didn't know where to turn or whom she could trust.  He said he would never do it again - until he did. Now, Meaghan needed help.

Friendships can be powerful relationships, particularly if they lead you into a world of crime.  Meet Eric Ashton and his best friend Carl Finnegan, two thirty something mid-westerns who grew up to become successful mechanical engineers.  Having met during a stint at General Electric, the two left the corporate world to become independent contractors. All was going well until Carl's drinking and womanizing invaded the personal territory of Eric. Enter Doris Baker - the woman who caught the eye of both men.  When Carl enlisted his friend's help in the heist of an armored car, Eric wanted no part of it, but acquiesced with prodding from Carl. So the story begins, as does the deceit. Follow the story as the lives of everyone involved takes on new meaning and profound consequences.  Mystery, romance, choices...they are all here.

Real solutions and support may just help you save a life... perhaps your own.

Mystery and intrigue along with a great love story that tugs at the heartstrings.

This fictional story examines two

unsolved crimes set in Jacksonville,

Florida; one – the murder of a

30-year-old that occurred 7 years

prior; the second – a child, age 12

is abducted – and the case is now 5 years unresolved.  Heather Howell and Steven Oliver Bascom take on these cases in search of answers and most importantly – justice.  Howell and Bascom revive the effort – working with the original detectives and first responders – uncovering not only the truth but identifying those who were inexplicably left as collateral damage in the wake of these crimes.

Captivating crime solving at its very best.

What goes around comes around - or so they say. With a stellar record in solving old or cold cases, the investigative team of Howell and Bascom set out in the quaint town of Gadsden, Alabama to solve another mystery and uncover what really happened.  In doing so they unravel  countless facts that have hidden the truth until now and in the process prove that Karma is real.

A heart wrenching story of deceit, lies, peer pressure and the desire to get ahead

at any cost.

LIVING LEGACY BOOK COVER.webp

It is 2017  and once again, the investigative team of Howell & Bascom take on two cold cases in the greater Denver area.  One a rash of home invasions that has escalated over the past two years, and the other a 2014 drive-by shooting .  Both cases are considered active yet unresolved and the authorities have reached a stalemate.  Mystery abounds in this serendipitous story.

Finding out who we are - and where we came from can be critical.  For some -

it is a matter of life and death.

The case - a liquor warehouse fire that occurred in 2017 and a lone individual discovered inside, severely burned and pronounced dead at the scene.  The fire is ruled arson, but two years later it is unresolved.   In a world where things are often not what they appear to be, we call them illusions.  But in the criminal world circumstances are often created to disguise the truth . Those are manipulations.   As St. Petersburg Detectives Gardner and Bascom tackle an unsolved case in the Chicago area, they quickly realize that distinguishing between the obvious and the disguised is paramount.

A spellbinding story of control, revenge and a desire to manipulate those you purport to love the most.  Another Wojcik page turner!

a point of view cover.webp

A Point of View - You don't know what you don't know - is Ms. Wojcik's first book of non-fiction.  Not to be confused with a book about 'how to' - she refers to it as 'A Message'.  Point of View takes you on a journey of discovey reflecting what is involved in creating your unique perspective on a variety of topics.  And as for 'you don't know what you don't know' Wojcik says that has become her daily mantra and made her more accepting, tolerant and as a result - a better person.

At least that's her point of view!

A lyrical story presented in simple terms with Ms. Wojcik's enviable writing style along with true stories that illustrate the book's meaning and purpose.

Something bizarre is occurring in El Paso, and while all the authorities agree it is murder, they have no idea how to find the source.  One local official calls in Zackary Poston, a recently retired government agent who in turn calls his former compadre Steven Oliver Bascom.  The widely recognized firm of HBG&T take on the case and the action begins.  Detectives Peter Sutherland and Maxwell Gardner assist with age-old cloak and dagger maneuvers to try and solve the mystery.  Dead to Rights - a winner.

A chilling tale of right versus wrong, Dead to Rights portrays how perceptions and motivations can all too easily be distorted and result in heinous and illegal acts.
